I wrote this project in 2019, in Tuolumne County, after my spouse passing and during the wild fire season period and emailed all details and budget to CA Governor's office, PGE (because project contained solar garages in a walkable community); Chase/JPMorgan and Citibank executives (I am a formal Citi Employee), for possible funding, and, Apple, since my spouse worked there before his death.

 

I was also looking for sponsors to build this on Facebook and LinkedIn. (https://www.eellc.uk/housewecanpayfor) I moved to NY state in 2021. Send the same project to NY Governors office and Onondaga County officials. Of cause they did not think ordinary person is suited to do this. They actually stole my original project.
